Smoked Salmon Medley

This recipe is a family favorite!  We got it around the time my husband and I married, and it has become our go-to appetizer for holidays and family gatherings.  Somebody is always asking if we're going to make it.  This year we made it for--you guessed it, Easter!

Smoked Salmon Medley

Ingredients:

  • 8oz brick of cream cheese*, softened
  • 4oz smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • capers

Directions:
This recipe is insanely simple.

Simply place the softened cream cheese, smoked salmon, and chopped green onions in a bowl and mix together with a fork until thoroughly combined.

Top with capers and serve on your favorite crackers!

*We've never tried this with a dairy-free cream cheese, but in my limited experience with that product, I think it would work just fine!
